Pixelmon Tips and Tricks

Pixelmon impacts differently to all players, whether experienced or new. We have developed a short guide to help you out in unique facts that will create an overall, better and more efficient experience of pixelmon.

Starters matter – Different starters have different classes, most traditionally they will be Fire, Grass or Water types. Therefore, they’ll have different stats and will perform differently to other pokes, such as Fire being weak to Rock, yet Rock being vulnerable to Water and Grass. Make sure you take into consideration which poke would benefit you the best.

Apricorns – Apricorns are essential in Pokemon, you can use them to craft your own Poke balls, however, did you know you can actually build your own farm? Go out into the wilderness and find Black, White, Green, Yellow, Red, Blue and Pink. Or just any 7 colours. Then right click the ground to plant the apricorn. There will be around 5 stages of growth to the point where they can be gathered and cooked into the recipe for new poke balls!

Masterballs – Master-balls are impossible to fail on a Pokemon. So if you happen to stumble upon one from Poke Loot, save it for a Legendary, a Pokemon with naturally abnormal stats and levels, with an incredible rarity.

Happiness – A great way to improve happiness for a Pokemon such as Eevee, is to build an Afk Pool. Once you’ve confirmed they’re allowed in the server, throw out your Eevee and jump in, then you can minimise that tab and do something else productive, or pass the time!

Magikarps If you’re low levelled and want to train your Poke a bit, challenge under level 15 Magikarps in battle. As they will only use the move Splash, a move that does literally nothing. Beware as over level 15 Magikarps will use the connective and aggressive move, tackle, against you.

Breeding – When breeding, try to get the most out of your time, breed more than 2 Pokemon as the ranch block can take up to 6 Pokes at any-one time. Hey, who knows what might happen?

  1. Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this website.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times
it’s difficult to get that “perfect balance” between superb usability and appearance.
I must say you have done a awesome job with this.
Also, the blog loads extremely quick for me on Safari.
    Exceptional Blog!
